A turnkey hollow core wall panel line engineered for low power draw, minimal labour and predictable output.

SHBH delivers the precast wall panel line as a complete scope: layout design, batching and mixing plant, grouting equipment, vertical mould cars, shuttle system, curing room and demoulding. Layout requires two workshop spans of at least 20 m each with eaves height of 6 m or more, plus a finished goods yard.
