Non-woven geo-textile production for geo bags, erosion control and drainage applications.
The needle punching system converts PP and PSF fibre into non-woven geo-textile at roughly 1 ton per hour. Plant area is 2000-3000 m² with a typical installation duration of three months and a measured impact of around 30% erosion reduction in river training and embankment work.
