Hollow Core Wall Panel Plant Commissioning

The client needed a local supply of hollow core wall panels to reduce dependency on imported panels and shorten site schedules.

SHBH engineered the plant layout, sourced the extrusion line and grouting equipment, and coordinated shipping, clearance and installation supervision.

Layout design, batching and mixing plant, intelligent grouting machine, vertical mould cars, shuttle system, curing room, demoulding and turning machine, commissioning support.

Panel thickness range 90-150 mm, extrusion speed 3.3 m/min, whole-line power draw at or below 45 kW, curing room 40 m × 20 m.

Plant reached 144-198 m² per hour with 4 operators per shift and an annual capacity of about 500,000 m².
